Litigation & enforcement partner Amanda Raad and counsel Renai Rodney will be participating in speaking events at the ABA 40th White Collar Crime Institute, which will be held March 4-7 in Miami.
On March 5, Amanda will speak on a panel titled “International – New Trends in Resolving Cross Border Investigations in Europe and South America,” moderated by Saverio Lembo of Bär & Karrer Ltd. This discussion will focus on new developments in international white collar crime, particularly non-trial resolutions and monitorships. Fellow panelists include Glenn Leon, Chief of the Fraud Section in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Criminal Division.
Also on March 5, Renai will moderate the panel, “Significant Legal Developments in the Regions: Central and Midwest Regions.” Panelists will discuss new developments and trends in the Central and Midwest regions of the U.S. to better inform attorneys of strategies and arguments used in litigating white collar cases.
