Ropes & Gray advised WellSky, a health and community care technology company, in the acquisition of The Corridor Group from HealthEdge Investment Partners. Corridor is a tech-enabled services platform and partner to post-acute providers, serving more than 2,600 client sites and supporting more than 52,000 clinicians. Adding Corridor to its portfolio, WellSky will expand its medical coding and revenue cycle management (RCM) offerings. The transaction was announced in a press release on October 12 and financial terms were not disclosed.
