Ropes & Gray advised private equity firm AEA Investors and its portfolio company, Process Sensing Technologies (PST), in PST’s acquisition of Fluid Components International (FCI). Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction closed on November 8th and was announced on November 13th.
PST is a leading provider of measurement and monitoring solutions for process-critical applications. FCI designs and manufactures thermal mass flow meters and switches for use across a broad range of industries including chemicals, water and wastewater, oil and gas, power, aerospace, nuclear power, among others.
