Ropes & Gray represented Harvest Partners, LP in the completion of its acquisition of Road Safety Services, Inc. from Parallel49 Equity. Road Safety Services, headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, is an infrastructure services platform dedicated to enhancing road safety across the United States. The transaction was announced in a press release on December 12. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Harvest Partners, founded in 1981, invests in middle-market companies and partners with management teams to acquire and build growing businesses.
