Ropes & Gray represented Charlesbank Capital Partners LLC in the acquisition of EverDriven Technologies from affiliates of Palladium Equity Partners. EverDriven is a leading technology-driven platform for safe and reliable student transportation. The transaction was announced in a March 5 press release and financial terms were not disclosed.
Based in Boston and New York, Charlesbank Capital Partners is a middle-market private investment firm with more than $17 billion of capital raised since inception, focused on management-led buyouts and growth capital financings, and also engages in opportunistic credit and technology investments.
The Ropes & Gray team that represented Charlesbank was led by private equity partners PJ Sullivan and Taylor Hart, and included private equity associates Adam Knapton, Catie Harrigan, Christopher Gelnaw and Anna Gunning.
