Ropes & Gray advised EQT Private Equity on its agreement to acquire Avetta (the “Company”) from Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe (“WCAS”). Avetta is a global leader in supply chain risk management software. The transaction was announced in an April 2 press release.
The transaction is subject to customary conditions and approvals and slated for completion in the coming months, pending customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
