Ropes & Gray represented American Industrial Partners and its portfolio company, EnTrans, in the sale of EnTrans to TerraVest Industries Inc. EnTrans was sold for approximately $546 million plus the right to receive contingent post-closing earnout consideration of up to $46 million based on the future financial performance of EnTrans. The announcement was made in a March 17 press release.
EnTrans is a premier North American manufacturer of tank trailers and transportation solutions.
