Ropes & Gray represented TPG Capital, the private equity platform of alternative asset management firm TPG, and its portfolio company Nintex, a workflow automation company, in the acquisition of Kryon, a provider of robotic process automation (RPA). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The deal was announced on Feb. 15 in a press release.
Nintex, based in Bellevue, Washington, is a provider of process intelligence and automation. More than 10,000 public and private sector organizations across 90 countries use the Nintex Process Platform to accelerate their digital transformation.
