The investment was made at a valuation for ConcertAI of $1.9 billion. The announcement was made on March 29 in a press release.

ConcertAI’s solutions improve time on therapy, reduce time for study design, and reduce clinical trial execution time for its customers and their patients. Sixth Street is a global investment firm with over $60 billion in assets under management and committed capital.
