Ropes & Gray represented TriArtisan Capital Advisors in its acquisition of a majority ownership interest in EnergySolutions, a leading international nuclear services company. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. The transaction was announced on May 16.
EnergySolutions, headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, provides integrated services and solutions to the nuclear decommissioning market and nuclear waste industry. TriArtisan Capital Advisors is a New York-based middle-market private equity investing firm which invests in companies requiring a broad range of investment needs.
