Ropes & Gray represented Crosspoint Capital Partners as leading investor in a €65 million Series A follow-on funding round for Ireland-based Everseen, a leading provider of AI-powered computer vision and hyper automation solutions. The transaction was announced on May 11.
Everseen’s technology brings patented AI-powered computer vision to improve business outcomes. The company uses its Visual AI platform to empower the retail sector with visibility across processes such as checkout, inventory management and supply chain. Everseen’s computer vision AI platform is in use across 6,000 major retail stores and connecting 80,000 point-of-sale devices.
In June 2021 Ropes & Gray represented Crosspoint Capital in its original investment in Everseen to support the AI companies growth and expansion.
