Rachel O’Brien is counsel in the asset management group at Ropes & Gray in Washington, D.C.

Rachel's practice focuses on the formation, marketing, management and regulatory compliance of private equity funds, funds-of-funds, and other private investment vehicles, as well as the operational, legal and regulatory issues faced by both first-time and established fund sponsors. She has also worked with sponsors on internal management issues, restructurings, investor relations matters, co-investment programs and carried interest arrangements.
