Marko Zatylny is a member of the firm’s management committee and previously served as co-chair of the firm's practice group covering mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and corporate governance, intellectual property, and venture capital. He advises public companies, as well as their boards of directors and special committees, and investment firms on buyside and sell-side M&A transactions, in addition to governance and regulatory matters and other corporate transactions.
Marko’s mergers and acquisitions experience spans traditional to more complex structures, including carve-outs, joint ventures, cross-border transactions, and takeover defense. He works across industries, including life sciences, medical technology, energy/infrastructure, semiconductor, technology, financial services, and retail and consumer, bringing sector expertise and deal-structure versatility to his approach with clients.
