Ropes & Gray represented Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc., in a definitive agreement to acquire all the outstanding shares of Mayne Pharma Group Limited at AUD$7.40 per share for a total consideration of approximately USD$430 million. The transaction was announced in a Feb. 20 press release.
