IP transactions partner Ed Black (Boston) was named to the National Law Journal's 2017 “Intellectual Property Trailblazers” list. The annual list recognizes “agents of change” in the legal industry who have made an impact on the IP sector through new strategies or innovative cases.
The Intellectual Property Trailblazer awards honor the top practitioners in the areas of patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret law. Mr. Black and the other honorees are profiled in a July 1 special National Law Journal issue.
Mr. Black’s notable work considered by the National Law Journal included representing leading technology companies in cutting edge spin out and reorganization transactions and his representation of investors looking to use new models of artificial intelligence, data analytics and computer engineering to manage investments and make trades.
