The feature highlights her work for top technology companies and private equity firms in a variety of market-leading transactions. Ms. Baca played a key role in the team that advised Bain Capital in its $17.8 billion purchase of Toshiba’s memory chip business, leading the work on the deal’s intellectual property transactions. The deal, which closed in May, took her to Tokyo for a week, where she was tasked with handling highly complicated intellectual property issues and joint venture structures.
