Ropes & Gray advised TSG Consumer Partners and Oak Hill Capital in a significant minority investment in The Wrench Group, a leading provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. As part of the transaction, existing investor Leonard Green & Partners along with management will retain a majority interest in the company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The announcement was made public on Nov. 9 in a press release.
